Returns & Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1-2 Business Days. Orders received on Holidays & Weekends will be processed the following business day. Business Days are Monday-Friday.
We try our best to process orders in a timely & efficient manner. It is possible delays may occur during Holidays or Sales. Some orders may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe beyond our control. (Weather, Pandemic, carrier delays, etc.)
All orders ship USPS First Class Mail 3-5 Day. Some orders are eligible for USPS Priority 2 Day or USPS EXPRESS for an additional charge. Tracking will be provided once item ships.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges are permitted within 7 Days of receiving item. Exchanges are permitted only if item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Undergarments, swimwear & masks are not eligible for return.
Items returned with stains or bad odors will not be accepted.
Buyer must pay return shipping costs.
Orders are quality checked during processing and before shipping. In the event you receive an order that is damaged, Contact Customer Service immediately.
